Indemnification:

The requesting agency or party hereby agrees to assume all responsibility and will protect, defend, indemnify, and save harmless the Bethel Sportsman Club and its officers, directors, employees, members, and agents from any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, penalties, and causes of action resulting from the event or activity indicated above and from damage to property or equipment owned by the requesting agency or party that is used in conjunction with its event or activity.

The requesting agency or party shall also reimburse the Bethel Sportsman Club for any and all losses, defense costs, damages, debts, liabilities, obligations, judgement, orders, awards, writs, injunctions, decrees, fines, penalties, or expenses, including but not limited to any legal fees and expenses, associated with this event.

Limitations/Restrictions

A. Agency use will be limited to the hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

B. Firing of fully automatic weapons is prohibited (Except by Law Enforcement).

C. Use of a .50 caliber BMG rifle or larger caliber firearms is prohibited.

D. User agencies are responsible to police the range at the end of the agency sponsored event.

E. At this time the range is limited to one user group at a time.

F. Each user group is required to provide its own Line Safety Officer and Instructor(s) for their event.

G. Line Safety Officers and Instructors will abide the Range policy to cease fire when aircraft are in the shot pattern during the landing approach from the west over the range, or when taking off toward the west over the range.

H. Equipment brought by a user agency will be removed at the conclusion of each day to ensure the safety of the equipment.

I. The Bethel Sportsman Club assumes no responsibility for the safety or security of equipment left behind at the range.

J. All agencies are required to fire from and only use specified portion of the Range as directed by the Bethel Sportsman Club President and Chief Instructor.
