Regular board meetings are held every first and third Wednesday of every month during the summer months. During the winter months this frequency is changed to every first Wednesday of the month. Please see our calendar of events for specific dates, times, and locations.
Special meetings may be held at any time and may include special committees for events or programs, Board of Directors, or all member meetings. In the case of a special meeting for all members, a notice will be sent out prior to the meeting. Please see our calendar of events for any special meetings.
Emergency meetings may be called on 24-hour notice, provided a crisis situation exists. The 24-hour notice will be given in the best way possible.
An annual meeting of the Club is held during the month of March of each year. A notice is sent to all members prior to the meeting. During this meeting members will vote for officers to be elected. The Board of Directors will designate a time and place for the meeting.
